Recently I realized that if you are not a facebook friend then you miss all the information about the gallery! so for all of you who are not on facebook here are the latest pictures.... Stephane is working hard, creating new pieces almost every day. After the Bauhaus series he developped the portrait series. His drive is not so much the celebrity but rather the personality behind the celebrity and also the fact that the person has meant something either artistically or on a human level. All our visitors really like the works. We hope now to sell a little bit more. Patience! that is the key word... But we know at least that we have the right "product"....

When Nira called me and asked whether I had time to accompany her to visit an appartment I said yes. We decided to spend the day together visiting a few appartments and real estate agencies. She is looking for an appartment as investment and it is not easy here! Everything is rather expensive and it is not always obvious that you can trust any real estate agent. Good lesson for me.. for the future... She is looking specifically in one area of Tel Aviv called Florentin. It is a neighborhood in the south of the city where many young people like to live. First of all because the rental prices are somewhat lower than in other areas of Tel Aviv but also because there are many nice places there to go out - bars, restaurants, cafes. Everyone says that this neighborhood will develop tremendously in the coming years. Apparently it is already difficult to find properties there.... Anyway after visiting the places and the agencies we had a nice lunch at a great little restaurant in Florentin where the food is just like at home, cooked with fresh products. Everyday another menu, written by hand... and not expensive! In between the visits and the lunch we also spent 2 hours at the Photo exhibition that takes place at “Hatachana” (”The Station”), a beautifully renovated old train station located between Jaffa and the colorful neighborhood of Neve Tzedek that is now a site for cultural events. It was a really nice day.
